I JUST PLACED MY ORDER, WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BOX(ES)?

All subscribers placing their orders before the 5th will receive boxes in the same month.  Orders after this date will be received in the following month. Your subsequent BeautyCocoon box(es) will be delivered to you by the second week of every new month.

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE IN MY BEAUTYCOCOON BOX?

Our subscription beauty boxes will include 4-5 full sized and luxury sized beauty products. The beauty products will range from makeup, cosmetics, tools and skin and body care. 

DO I HAVE TO ORDER MY BEAUTYCOCOON BOX EVERY MONTH?

No, once you have subscribed, your subscription renews on the 14th of every month. You can cancel anytime.

IS BEAUTYCOCOON BOX AVAILABLE OUTSIDE U.K?

We ship our products outside UK, all you have to do is enter your delivery address on our checkout page to calculate your shipping cost.

HOW DO I SEND A BEAUTYCOCOON BOX GIFT TO SOMEONE?

CAN I SIGN UP AS A TRIAL FOR ONE BOX?

To avail our services you have to subscribe for our monthly beauty boxes, however you can cancel your subscription after you receive your first box. The subscription renewal date is 14th of every month so make sure you cancel your subscription before that.

I HAVE TWO SUBSCRIPTIONS, ONE OF THE BEAUTY BOX AND THE OTHER OF THE SKINCARE BOX. CAN I CANCEL ONE AND KEEP THE OTHER?

Absolutely! You can follow these easy steps to cancel one subscription without affecting the other.

  • Update your Subscription

I WANT A BREAK FOR A WHILE. HOW CAN I PAUSE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

We understand that everyone needs a break every now and then, so you can pause your subscription for a while whenever you want.

I RECEIVED MY BEAUTY COCOON FOR THIS MONTH, AND SOME OF THE PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED. HOW DO I GET THIS FIXED?

I DON’T LIKE A FEW PRODUCTS IN MY BEAUTY COCOON, WHAT DO I DO?

Don’t shy away, tell us. We are always open for suggestions so we would love to hear how we can create an amazing experience for you. Also, you can always gifts the products to a friend.

I HAVE MISSED THE SUBSCRIPTION DEADLINE DATE BUT BADLY WANT TO SUBSCRIBE TO A BEAUTYCOCOON BOX.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

We are sorry to hear that you are thinking about leaving us, but we will always have our doors open for you. Our cancellation policy is very easy, you can even pause your subscription and take a break simply send us an email with your membership number at: support@beautycocoon.co.uk and we will take care of the rest for you,
